The retreat will be held at Playa Venao-Resort, a magical nature retreat that offers tranquility, inspiration, and a true escape from everyday life.

No, the retreat is built with a flexible and inclusive approach. Each participant can choose the experiences they wish to enjoy.

The price includes participation in all activities and workshops, accommodation (if selected), healthy and nourishing meals, and access to the resort’s facilities.

Yes, there is an option to participate for a single day or attend a specific workshop. Please check the available options on the registration page.

The menu is based on healthy and nutritious food, with vegetarian and vegan options available. If you have any dietary restrictions, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate your needs.

Comfortable clothing, toiletries, and anything else that will help you feel at ease.

Cancellations up to one month before the retreat will receive a 70% refund.
Cancellations between one month and one week before the retreat will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations within the week before the retreat are non-refundable.
